Please make sure you order the right size and quantity.
That said, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do get in touch with us through the email link and we will do our very best to put things right for you.
Here’s the legal stuff that we are required to tell you.
Delivery & Returns Information
The sizes listed are currently in stock. Over time, we will introduce more sizes and a larger range of items, apologies to you if we do not currently have the size you require.
Orders will usually be despatched within a few days of receipt. Please leave an email address so that we can let you know if there will be any delays.
UK orders are sent Royal Mail Signed For® First Class, and overseas are sent Airmail.
From your shopping basket check out, select the area you want delivery to, and delivery costs will automatically be calculated depending on where your order is to be delivered.
We cannot accept returns of any CD’s where the plastic wrapper seal has been broken.
We cannot accept returns of any clothing where the item has been worn or excessively handled. (Obviously you need to try it on and get approval what we mean is, if you go in to the wrecking pit and come out with the shirt in tatters you shouldn’t expect a refund from us!).
A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Your right to cancel
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of packing and returning the goods to us.
Please notify us that you wish to cancel your order by email before you return the goods.
You don’t have to have a reason, it’s OK to change your mind and we The Top Fuellers want you to be a happy bunny with the products you buy from us. You the customer will be entitled to a full refund as specified in The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
Please inform us via email before you return goods.
Please securely wrap the goods and send the package with a copy of the original receipt. We will not be able to refund/replace goods if they fail to reach us.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post or non-delivered items. Postage costs for returns are at the customers own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

Where applicable, all prices for goods quoted on this website are inclusive of tax. For customers outside of the UK an import duty may be levied to your purchase once it has reached the destination country. Because these levies are set locally we cannot guide you on the exact amounts.
